Great company!!

Great company!! Bought a brand new wedge (despite the name, they also sell new products), it was cheaper than other places and it was delivered free of charge with next day delivery (it’s free over a certain spend from memory). I’m always dubious about new companies I haven’t heard of before, however service / product was excellent, I will definitely buy from here again !!

Are you looking for that special wedge that’s missing from your collection – the one that could get you out of all sorts of sticky situations? Or do you just want to get a feel for a new manufacturer, with a view to building a new set of clubs? Whatever your need, we’ve always got a superb collection of wedges that will slot beautifully into your bag.

The list of brands speaks for itself. We’ve typically got names like PING, Titleist, Cleveland, PXG, Taylormade, Cobra and Callaway in stock, ready to be dispatched for next day delivery. That might not be quick enough to get you out of today’s bunker, but golf is all about planning ahead, so put your proactive cap on and get ready for your next round.

Use the filters to zoom in on the particular loft you’re looking for. Our wedges tend to start at 46 degrees and go through to the 50–60 degree range. But if you’re looking for something niche like a 64 degree game-saver, there’s a good chance we’ve got one in stock. And don’t forget – all our wedges go through a scrupulous quality control process so you know exactly what you’re getting.

Frequently Asked Questions

Most golfers carry 3 to 4 wedges to cover different distances and situations around the green. A typical setup includes a pitching wedge, a gap wedge, a sand wedge, and a lob wedge. However, it depends on your playing style and the gaps in your yardages. If you're unsure, our team can help you work out what makes sense for your game.

A sand wedge typically has a loft of 54-56 degrees and is designed for bunker shots and short approaches. A lob wedge has more loft (58–64 degrees) and is used for high, soft shots that stop quickly on the green. Both are essential for a well-rounded short game.

Yes. Every used wedge at NEXT2NEWGOLF is carefully inspected for groove condition, overall wear, and authenticity before being listed. We provide detailed descriptions and photos so you can see exactly what you're getting and make an informed choice.

Beginners typically benefit from starting with a pitching wedge (44–48°), gap wedge (50–52°), and sand wedge (54–56°). These cover most short-game situations without overwhelming you with too many options. As your skills develop, you can add a lob wedge for more versatility.

A gap wedge is designed to fill the gap between your sand wedge and pitching wedge, typically between 50º and 52º of loft. This is designed to fill the distance gap between the two clubs. For example, a golfer who may hit their sand wedge 100 yards and hits their pitching wedge 130 yards, will have no club for 110-120 yard shots. The gap wedge is designed purely to fill that gap.

Bounce is the angle between the leading edge and the lowest point of the sole. Higher bounce (10–14°) helps the club glide through soft sand or turf without digging, making it ideal for bunker shots and great for beginners as it helps prevent fat shots. Lower bounce (4–8°) suits firm conditions and tighter lies, though typically much harder to use as a beginner golfer. Choosing the right bounce depends on your experience, swing style and course conditions.

Absolutely. Many golfers mix and match wedge brands to find the exact feel, bounce, and grind that suit their short game. What matters most is performance and how the wedge complements your existing setup, not whether it matches your irons.

Wedges should be replaced more frequently than other clubs because the grooves wear down from regular use, especially if you play often or practice from sandy or abrasive surfaces. Most golfers replace their wedges every 2–3 years, or sooner if they notice reduced spin and control.
