WHAT ARE OUR SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?

 

We use DX 24-hour tracked delivery. Orders before 1PM Monday to Friday will usually be dispatched the same day. Purchases over the weekend will be sent out on Monday, and will usually be delivered on Tuesday. Please note any orders with added club customisations (re-gripping and club extensions/cut downs) may not be shipped same day.

 

What do we charge for shipping?

 

Clubs: £4.99

Balls: £2.99

Free Delivery: all orders over £300

 

Saturday Delivery: £9.99 Customers can select Saturday delivery at checkout for a flat rate of £9.99, regardless of order value. To qualify, the order must be placed before 1PM on Friday. Orders placed after 1PM on Friday will not be eligible for Saturday delivery and will be processed the next working day.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery. We do not accept international returns / exchanges.

SENDING YOUR EQUIPMENT TO US (TRADE-INS AND PART-EXCHANGES)

 

If you are selling or part-exchanging your equipment to us, we provide free tracked delivery for sending your equipment to us. There is no shipping cost to you.

When you complete your trade-in, you will receive a QR code and a return shipping label. You do not need to print anything. Simply take your boxed-up equipment to any Royal Mail Post Office, show your QR code at the counter, and the staff will print your label and send your parcel to us.

You are responsible for packaging your equipment securely to protect it in transit. We recommend using a sturdy box with bubble wrap or padding, and protecting any club heads. You are responsible for any foreseeable loss of or damage to the equipment caused by inadequate packaging or a failure to take reasonable care before it reaches us. You will not be responsible for any unforeseeable loss or damage.

Once we receive your equipment, we will inspect and authenticate it, and issue your payment or store credit. If we are returning your equipment to you for any reason, return shipping is paid for by us at no cost to you.

Trade-ins and part-exchanges are also governed by Section 22 of our Terms of Service.

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

 

If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery. We are not responsible for delays outside our control. If our supply of the products is delayed by an event outside our control then we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and we will take steps to minimise the effect of the delay. Provided we do this we will not be liable for delays caused by the event, but if there is a risk of substantial delay you may contact us to end the contract and receive a refund for any products you have paid for but not received.
