Return Policy and Rights to Change Your Mind
You have a 14-day period from the date of receipt to request a return of your purchase.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when it was received.
Please note that while we do accept returns, we are unable to cover the cost of the return shipping label unless the item is faulty or an error was made on our part.

Initiating a Return:
To initiate a return, please contact us at george@next2newgolf.co.uk.
Upon acceptance of your return request, we will provide you with the return shipping address and instructions for sending back the item. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt and notify us right away if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can assess the situation and address the issue promptly.
Exchanges:
The quickest way to receive a replacement item is to return the original item. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item.
Refunds:
We will notify you once we have received and inspected the returned item. If the refund is approved, it will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take some time to process and post the refund.
If the item's condition has deteriorated significantly, we reserve the right to reduce the refund amount.
Brand-new clubs still in the wrapper or cellophane: a reduced refund will apply if they are returned without the original wrapper or cellophane intact.
We will cover the cost of returning the items only if they are faulty or not as described.
Selling or Part-Exchanging Your Equipment to Us:
This Return Policy applies to items you have purchased from us. If you are selling or part-exchanging your own equipment to us through our trade-in service, that is a separate process and is governed by Section 22 of our Terms of Service, not this Return Policy.
In short: when you trade in, we provide free tracked delivery for sending your equipment to us, and we inspect and authenticate it on arrival. If your equipment does not match the condition described, or we cannot verify it as authentic, we will contact you to offer a revised quote or to return your equipment to you. If you decline a revised offer, or withdraw from the trade-in before we have issued payment, we will return your equipment to you free of charge. Please see Section 22 of our Terms of Service for full details.
Amendments:
We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. The Customer is responsible for reviewing these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.
